- Scanning the entire roof surface with high resolution infrared equipment and marking moisture-damaged areas with survey paint.
- Moisture verification probes.
- Core sampling with analysis to determine roof construction and moisture content.
- Thermograms with matching 35mm photographs of typical moisture areas.
- Visual field inspection of roofing components documented with 35mm photographs of existing conditions, along with a roof inspection checklist.
- Panoramic photographs of the roof area.
- Dimensioned roof drawing locating all of the above.
- Summary of present condition, along with recommended repair considerations.
- All in a bound report.
The infrared roof moisture survey is used world-wide by building managers, plant engineers and government agencies to accurately locate and quantify moisture trapped within roofing assemblies.
