Building Envelope
The infrared survey of the building envelope detects and records the thermal performance of the wall and window assemblies. This survey provides information on air infiltration/exfiltration, moisture laden insulation, insulation voids, and moisture within the wall assembly.
A survey should be conducted before acquiring real property, before final payment to the building contractor for new construction and as part of your energy conservation program.
